Samantha Yates is an actor, singer, dancer, and self-proclaimed comedian from Dallas, Texas. At an early age, Samantha took the motto “everything is bigger in Texas” and let it influence everything about her until she became the big, bold, and bubbly performer she is today. Some of her favorite credits include Dionysos (The Frogs), The Actress (Hello Again), and coming soon Fraulein Schneider (Cabaret). In her free time, Samantha enjoys traveling, trying out new recipes and restaurants, perfecting her skincare routine, and giggling with her girlfriends. If offered a one-way ticket, Samantha would grab her YiaYia and head for the Greek isles for a hot plate of moussaka. After college, Samantha plans to relocate to New York City to pursue live theatre as well as film and television. Samantha is so grateful for the support of her family and friends as well as the outstanding faculty and professors that make Miami home. It really is all about the U! Go canes!
