Penelope Hinds is a performer from Hoboken, New Jersey, or what she’d prefer to call it, “right outside of Manhattan.” Penelope grew up mainly doing musical theater, where she loved to make people laugh. (she still does) However, in high school, she developed a love for plays and Shakespeare. While theatre is her first love, she developed a passion for film working on the horror anthology web series “Or So the Story Goes”, where over the course of three seasons she was able to play a range of interesting horror stereotypes. Some of her favorite roles over the years include Chris Gorman in Rumors, Gilmer in Godspell, and Kalliope in She Kills Monsters. (twice)! Penelope intends to return home to New York, but her love for travel guarantees that you’ll see her all over. Go ‘Canes!
